When a global logistics company’s NetApp systems reached their End of Service Life (EOSL), they faced a crucial challenge. While they were still migrating to new systems, they required ongoing support to maintain their mission-critical operations.

A major consumer of Red Hat software had numerous individual licenses expiring every 12 months. To streamline the management of these licenses, they sought our expertise.

We worked closely with Red Hat to gather our client’s licenses and develop a comprehensive 3-year renewal contract We co-terminated all existing licenses and provided our client with an annual payment plan for simplified budgeting and administration.


This consolidated approach resulted in a significant reduction in administrative overhead.We successfully consolidated 58 separate contracts into a single, simplified agreement while also locking in competitive support pricing for our client’s Red Hat software needs.
