Jim Radzicki is a seasoned technology expert with 27 years of diverse experience and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance lives. With 18 years of C-level leadership roles, Jim brings a wealth of expertise to his new position as President of Global Market Innovators (GMI).

Most recently, Jim was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Valor Global, a MayoGlobal company, where he spearheaded transformative technological initiatives. Jim has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Vice President of Technology for global organizations. His journey has taken him across all seven continents, 40+ countries, and 48 US states, enriching his understanding of diverse cultures and markets.

Jim holds dual college degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focusing on Marketing and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science. This unique combination equips him to navigate technical intricacies while aligning them with actionable business objectives. Although Jim’s early career was in software design and development, he has become a versatile leader adept at communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Jim is renowned for his ability to foster strong relationships and mentorship within teams of all sizes. From leading organizations with over 90,000 employees to founding and eventually selling a small web and PC applications startup, Jim’s leadership style is characterized by empathy and collaboration.

Outside the boardroom, Jim is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), reflecting his commitment to excellence in cybersecurity. However, he finds equal joy in his leisure pursuits, holding certifications as an FAA Private Pilot, PADI Open Water diver, and certified boater, allowing him to savor southern California’s beauty.
