
We are excited to announce that Vicki Mayo has transitioned into the role of Chairwoman of the Board at Global Market Innovators (GMI), while Tim Roemer has been appointed as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
Roemer, who joined GMI in 2023 as Chief Security Officer, brings extensive leadership experience, having served as Arizona’s Director for Homeland Security from 2021-2023 and Chief Information Security Officer from 2019-2021. His background also includes nearly a decade as an analyst with the CIA in Washington, D.C.

Mayo, who has been instrumental in GMI’s growth and success, will continue to contribute to GMI’s vision while also focusing on her role as CEO of Sunny Day Sports, a subsidiary of Mayo Global. She also oversees TouchPoint Solution and the Mayo Global family office alongside her husband, Simer Mayo.
