Time Off & Flexibility
- Open Paid Time Off
GMI provides an Open Paid Time Off policy for full-time, salaried employees. This flexible model allows eligible employees to take paid time off as needed for vacation, personal time, or illness—without accruing a fixed number of days. Employees are expected to maintain performance expectations and coordinate with their managers to ensure proper coverage. Any requests for more than 15 business days off within a 90-day period must be pre-approved by Human Resources. - 5 paid sick days (separate from PTO)
